A straightforward like-for-like combi boiler swap usually takes 1 day. If we’re relocating the boiler or converting from a back boiler or gravity system, it can take 2-3 days.
What size boiler do I need?
It depends on your property size and hot water demand. For a 1-2 bed flat, a 25kW combi is usually sufficient. For a 3-4 bed house with 2 bathrooms, a 30-35kW combi or system boiler is recommended. We’ll advise during your free survey.
Should I get a combi or system boiler?

During the installation your heating and hot water will be off. For a 1-day swap, this is typically from morning until late afternoon. We always aim to have you up and running before we leave.
